Here’s some cool stuff I recommend

It will take you forever and was literally impossible for Marcy and I (no cheating k?)

If you don’t know the band and their history, the site is an awesome way to get to know them – it takes you year by year with videos, pics,personal notes and more

Super cool site from a super hip photographer .. spend some time navigating the pics .. you’ll enjoy it (figure it out) The site is very detailed.

New music from two talented guys – you can listen to the entire album there

Online Book Study…

Hey Blogville…
Allow me to think out loud here for just a second…
In an attempt to further our learning through reading and develop our potential “together” as opposed to alone – I have decided to propose something kind of “out there” if you will…
This might just be the next best thing, so hang with me.
All I know so far is that I need your help … I have already partnered with my wife and siblings in Brazil for the journey. I don’t have a name for it yet … but it would basically be an online book study of some sort. It is designed (or will be designed) with the “leader” in mind. Those who seek to grow and learn while creatively collaborating via the net. Here’s how I see it in my mind … (totally subject to change)

-We would read 1-5 chapters weekly (depending on the book)
-An email would be sent out to remind you all of what and when to read
-We would gather once a week via the w.w.w. to discuss our learnings
-This may happen via blog, iChat, MSN, video conference (not sure yet)
-We would all “agree to disagree” as we read, learn & grow together
-Assigned readers would provide questions for group discussion
-Books would be voted upon based on group interest
-Conversations would be continued in smaller groups of 2-3 via the net
-The study will be open to committed “partners” only (no slackers)
-Possible sharing of “audio books” for partners throughout the month
-Books will be read in the “English” language only – sorry ;(
-The goal is to read one book a month as a group (12 books a year)
(above and beyond your personal reading)

Again … this is all in my head for now. I’d love to start it in about a month (October) – The cool thing is that we can partner with readers all over the world and together share the same learning experiences…
I’d love to hear your suggestions …. anyone interested? Sign up begins now .. i guess.

Hey Blogville …
I know for a fact that several of you out there have been preparing a www.myNakedpastor.com YouTube video for our contest and still haven’t turned it in! Hurry Up !! Time is running out … remember the following:

2. The most viewed will win

Also … please don’t get physically naked on the video- that’s just wrong, gross, nasty and YouTube wont allow it anyway!

Nothing like two creative minds powered by caffeine and chocolate – here’s the result: Marcy and I have decided to start a line of art pieces entitled guiTART – so far we have two pieces that are still in the works – they are not finished yet (see below) One is a true original and one is a Romerro Britto replica.
